Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By participating in the game, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
“Motoleague”, henceforth might be referred to as the “game contest”, is hosted by ‘Motorola India’, a business unit of Motorola Mobility LLC. On the official website. Any participation in this regard is voluntary.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the game is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with residency of India.
Employees, agents, and affiliates of Motorola, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Participation and Entry
By participating in the game, you automatically enter.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
The contest is open from Oct 22nd till Nov 5th 2024.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The drawing will be conducted by Motorola using a random selection method.
The decision of Motorola regarding the winner selection is final and binding.
5. Prize
The winner will receive: 1 x Kriti signed Motorola phones in new pantone curated colours.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Motorola's sole discretion. No cash claim can be made in lieu of a prize.
Motorola reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason.
6. Notification and Claiming the Prize
The winner will be notified via email, within 48 hours after the drawing.
The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize.
If the prize is forfeited, an alternate winner will be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to Motorola using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Motorola reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Motorola's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Motorola in its sole discretion.
Motorola reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
Motorola India reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the contest and/or the Terms & Conditions. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be updated/posted on various Motorola India platforms (Facebook/Twitter). It would be the responsibility of the participants to keep themselves informed as per any changes in the Terms & Conditions stated for this contest. No responsibility can be accepted by Motorola India for entries not received for whatsoever reason.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the contest, the participants and the Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/YouTube users respectively agree that no claim shall be asserted against the organizer, its affiliates, or any of its directors, officers, employees, or agents in respect of any damage, rights, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that may result from their participation in the contest and/or acceptance and enjoyment of the prizes.
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or any other social network.
10. Governing Law
Any legal proceedings arising out of the competition/ its entries/ winners shall be subject to local jurisdiction of Delhi state.
11. Misc.
Any personal data provided by the participants will be used by the organizer for the purposes of (a) verifying their identity; (b) administering the contest and evaluating the work; (c) contacting the participants for prize collection or otherwise in connection with the contest, and (d) achieving the intended results in connection with the transactions contemplated herein.
Personal data will be provided voluntarily by the participants through social network platforms.
