By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agrees to be bound by: these terms and conditions (T&C);

Offer Details - Customers get an instant discount of Rs 2,500 on checkout on PayU payment page in prepaid mode when they choose AU Small Finance Bank(AUSF) EMI on Credit Card (offer applied when customer chooses Apply Offer). Offer is valid only on EMI via credit cards of AUSF Bank on Prepaid mode of payment, whose card no. is from approved card bins of the offer.

Offer is valid only 1 time per user per card.

Offer is valid only on G73 - until stocks last or for a limited period only (Till 31 Mar 2023 11:00PM)

In the event the customer returns any/all products in the order placed during the Offer Period, he/she shall not be eligible for the Offer again. Accordingly, the amount availed as a discount under the Offer shall stand deducted from any refund(s) processed for the returned product(s)

In case the customer has an outstanding balance on credit card in the form of reversed cashback, the same will be treated as an ordinary outstanding balance and the customer will be liable to pay for such outstanding amount, failing which the said amount will attract the fees & charges as per the schedule of charges defined in the Most Important Terms and Conditions

Issuing authority reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective seller on the Platform and accordingly motorola in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products

Under no circumstances will the Offer/discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Motorola or seller on website or PayU or Bank. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer

Motorola, Motorola’s seller on website, PayU & Bank shall not be liable for any failure to honor the transaction and for any technical issues because of which the transaction made by the Cardholder was not successful.
