TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is open to only residents of India holding a valid and current bank/bank’s credit/debit card and whose card no. is from approved card bins of the offer.

UPI discount offer is open to only residents of India holding a valid bank account and UPI ids. and whose UPI id is from approved list of banks.

2. In the event the customer returns any/all products in the order placed during the Offer Period, he/she shall not be eligible for the Offer again. Accordingly, the amount availed as a discount under the Offer shall stand deducted from any refund(s) processed for the returned product(s).

3. In case the customer has an outstanding balance on credit card in the form of reversed cashback, the same will be treated as an ordinary outstanding balance and the customer will be liable to pay for such outstanding amount, failing which the said amount will attract the fees & charges as per the schedule bank terms · The offer is applicable at www.motorola.in on purchase of selected models in offer details above. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

4. Issuing authority reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

5. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective seller on the Platform and accordingly Motorola, in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products

6. Under no circumstances will the Offer/discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Motorola or seller on website or PayU or any Banks Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer

7. Motorola, Motorola’s seller on website, PayU & Banks shall not be liable for any failure to honor the transaction and for any technical issues because of which the transaction made by the Cardholder/UPI was not successful.

8. By participating in this Offer you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Offer, standard terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy (as amended from time to time) of the Platform, any other documents as may be applicable while using the Platform and the terms and conditions of the respective seller shall be applicable on the Cardholder/UPI .

9. This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such a Cardholder/accountholder shall be 18 years
